UNFK Golf Lab

Where my newest, best and most advanced coaching ideas live.

If you’ve read my books or followed my emails, you already know something:

Golf improvement rarely comes from one magical tip.

It usually comes from better thinking over time.

Small insights.
Better practice habits.
Understanding how learning and performance actually work.

That’s exactly why I created the UNFK Golf Lab.

What The Golf Lab Actually Is

For many years I kept a private coaching journal.

Whenever I had an interesting insight about golf — practice, performance, learning or pressure — I would write it down.

Some of those ideas eventually became books.

Some became coaching programs.

Some simply helped the golfers I worked with play better.

The Golf Lab is essentially that same journal…

…but shared with golfers who want to go deeper.

If I have a new coaching idea, I post it.

If I see something interesting in golf, I analyse it.

If I discover a better way to practise or think about the game, members see it first.

In other words:

The Golf Lab is where my newest coaching ideas appear first.

Sometimes weeks.

Sometimes months.

Before they show up anywhere else.

What The Golf Lab Actually Is

UNFK Daily
Almost every day I post a short lesson.

Usually just a few paragraphs.

A simple idea or reminder that helps golfers avoid drifting back into the same traps.

Topics might include things like:

• why trying to fix your swing often makes things worse
• why careful golf rarely produces great golf
• how to trust natural motion under pressure
• how to practise without overthinking

Think of it as a daily reset for your golf brain.

So far I haven’t missed a day this year.

Even weekends.

UNFK Weeklies
Once a week we go deeper into a bigger idea.

These are longer lessons exploring things like:

• practice systems
• natural learning
• performance under pressure
• course strategy
• resilience in golf

Right now we’re working through a series on practice and skill development, which may eventually become a larger UNFK training program.

Golf Case Studies
This is one of the most interesting parts of the Lab.

We analyse real golf situations.

Tournament moments.
YouTube swings.
Decisions golfers make on the course.

Instead of generic advice, we look at what’s actually happening and what golfers can learn from it.

Golf provides endless case studies, so this section will continue to grow.

The Back Catalogue
When you join the Lab you also unlock the growing library of previous lessons.

This includes:

• past Daily lessons
• Weekly deep dives
• coaching insights
• archived lessons

Some of the best ideas I’ve shared over the years live in this archive.

The Golf Bot
Inside the Lab you’ll also find the Golf Bot.

This is an AI assistant trained on my books, lessons and coaching philosophy.

You can ask questions about:

• your swing
• practice
• pressure situations
• course management

And GolfBot will respond based on the UNFK approach to learning and performance.

UNFK Subliminal Audios
Members also get access to the UNFK subliminal audio tracks.

These are designed to reinforce things like:

• confidence
• calmness
• trust in your swing
• natural movement

Many golfers listen to them before practice or before a round.

Where New Ideas Are Born
Many ideas that later become:

• books
• courses
• coaching programs
• training systems

start inside the Golf Lab.

Members get to see those ideas as they develop.

You could think of it like this:

Books are finished ideas.

The Lab is where the thinking happens. And you get first crack at them.

“I Don’t Want Another Golf Membership”

That’s completely fair. Most online golf memberships follow the same pattern.

You join…

There’s a big pile of videos…

You watch a few…

Then life gets busy and you forget about it.

A month later you realise you’re paying for something you never use.

The Golf Lab isn’t built like that.

It’s not a giant course you’re expected to work through.

It’s more like an ongoing coaching conversation about golf.

Small insights.

Short lessons.

Ideas you can read in a minute or two. All based on my natural learning perspectives.

Things that help keep your golf brain pointed in the right direction.

If you want to go deeper, the Weeklies and Case Studies are there too.

But the Lab doesn’t require hours of study.

It simply helps golfers stay connected to better thinking about the game.

Over time, those ideas make a big difference.

And all my best clients have snuck up on the learning process over the journey. This is how real breakthroughs take place and why The Golf Lab was borne.

Final Thought

Golf improvement rarely comes from one perfect tip.

It comes from better thinking over time.

The Golf Lab exists to help golfers stay connected to the ideas that actually make a difference.

FAQs

Do I have to be very active inside the Lab?

Not at all.

Some members simply read the Daily posts and occasionally explore the Weeklies or Case Studies.

Others like to ask questions or join discussions.

Both approaches are perfectly fine.

You can participate as much or as little as you like.

Many golfers simply enjoy having a steady stream of good ideas about the game without feeling like they have homework.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel at any time.

In fact, you can cancel directly from inside the member portal without needing to contact us.

There are no contracts and no awkward emails required.

Once cancelled, your membership will simply remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do I have to ask questions or post in the Lab?

No.

Some members prefer to stay completely anonymous and simply read the lessons.

Others enjoy asking questions or sharing their experiences.

Both approaches are perfectly fine.

The Lab works whether you want to quietly absorb the ideas or actively participate.

How much time does the Lab require?

Very little.

Most UNFK Daily posts take less than a minute or two to read.

The Weeklies and Case Studies are there if you want to explore ideas more deeply, but there is no expectation that you work through hours of material.

The Lab is designed to provide ongoing insights, not homework and you can work at a pace that suits you.

Is this another swing instruction program?

No.

The Golf Lab is not a rigid swing system or a step-by-step course.

It’s a place where we explore the deeper ideas behind golf improvement:

• practice
• learning
• performance under pressure
• course strategy
• trusting natural movement

It complements any swing approach rather than trying to replace it.

What if I join and decide it’s not for me?

That’s completely fine.

You can cancel your membership at any time from inside the portal.

There’s no obligation to stay and no pressure if you decide it’s not the right fit.

Will new content keep appearing?

Yes.

The Lab is designed to grow over time.

New Daily posts, Weeklies and Case Studies are added regularly, along with new ideas, discussions and resources.

Members also retain access to the back catalogue of lessons, which continues to expand.

Why is the price lower right now?

The current price reflects early supporter pricing.

As the Lab grows and more resources are added, the price will increase.

Members who join now lock in their price permanently.

Is the annual membership better value?

Yes.

The annual option gives you two months free, which works out cheaper than paying monthly.

Many members choose the annual option simply to set it up once and not think about it again.

What makes the Golf Lab different from your books?

Books are designed to deliver clear, simple ideas that any golfer can understand and apply.

The Golf Lab goes deeper.

Inside the Lab we explore those ideas with more nuance, more examples and more real-world discussion about how golfers actually practise and play.

You’ll also see new coaching ideas as they develop, along with case studies, discussions and insights that simply don’t fit inside a traditional book.

Another big difference is access.

Inside the Lab you can ask questions, share your experiences and get guidance when you need it.

So while the books provide powerful frameworks for improving your golf, the Golf Lab is where those ideas are explored, refined and applied in real time.

Many members find the two work very well together.

What if I’m not a very good golfer?

That’s perfectly fine.

The ideas inside the Golf Lab are not limited to a particular skill level.

In fact, many of the concepts around learning, practice and trusting natural movement tend to help golfers improve regardless of their handicap.

Some members are beginners.

Others are very experienced golfers who simply want a clearer way to think about the game.

If you enjoy learning about golf and improving your understanding of how the game works, you’ll likely find the Lab useful.

Do I need to watch hours of lessons to get value?

No.

Most UNFK Daily posts take less than a minute or two to read.

They’re designed to be quick reminders that keep your golf brain pointed in the right direction.

If you want to explore deeper ideas, the Weeklies and Case Studies are there, but the Lab is not designed to overwhelm you with content.

It’s designed to provide ongoing insights that gradually improve your thinking about the game.

Is the Golf Lab suitable if I already have a coach?

Yes.

The Lab isn’t designed to replace a coach.

Instead it helps golfers better understand how learning, practice and performance actually work.

Many golfers find that the ideas inside the Lab actually help them get more value from their lessons, because they approach practice and improvement in a clearer way.
